Multiple business unit heads of this Education services company have been coached through a series of one on one sessions with the objective of enhancing their leadership effectiveness. The coaching involved identifying personal aspirations, aligning those to the organisation, defining the legacy that the heads wanted to create and leave behind and guiding them through the process of their accomplishing their vision. Challenges that they experienced as individuals, and barriers to their growth and effectiveness within the organization were successfully handled. In a couple of cases, it also led to the redeployment and parting ways when significant mismatches were observed.
