Sandeep is a business consultant and leadership coach working with organizations to develop leaders, execute strategy and manage and grow the business.

He helps people and organizations discover and achieve their potential. He facilitates leadership development programs for senior, mid-level and emerging leaders of organizations. He has acted as a coach for a number of executives and helped them grow as leaders and achieve higher level of performance and personal fulfilment. He combines the eastern and western principles, with his own extensive research and experience to help people make significant transitions in their careers and personal lives. Sandeep has coached over 1000 people through various long duration leadership programs and executive coaching over the last 17 years.

He has been a consultant to organizations, actively helping them in defining and implementing ideologies (Vision, Mission and Values), and formulate and implement strategies for growth and change. He has extensively implemented strategy execution frameworks in companies of various sizes. A number of corporate initiatives for building business, developing and executing strategy, innovation, key account management, operational processes, culture for driving change, and the like, have seen fruition under his guidance. The clientele has been across a wide variety of industries including IT Services and Products, Manufacturing, Retail, Media and Entertainment, Education, Engineering Services, Research and Development, with the client companies ranging from MNCs and large Conglomerates to SMEs and Start-ups.

Sandeep has done his engineering from College of Engg Pune, M.Tech from IIT Kanpur, and management from IIM Kolkata.

Sandeep has a total experience of 32 years. In the initial years, he worked in the CAD/CAM R&D division of Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Co, which was later spun off into Geometric Software (now a part of HCL Technologies.) He was one of the initial founding members of the company, and also worked closely with its subsidiary 3D PLM Software (now Dassault Systemes). He worked for 18 years in the IT industry in various roles including Technology, Engineering, Operations, and Business Management. In the role of a Vice President, he headed Strategic Business Units, and also corporate/support functions. Working with global customers all along, he has extensively travelled all over the world for techno-commercial and business development purposes. He has stayed in the USA in the role of a Strategic Business Unit while driving delivery centres in India.

In former years, he has been an amateur stage artist – a playwright, director and a theatre actor. He is interested in spiritual evolution of human beings and conducts programs in meditation, self-healing and yoga.
