Our logo represents the Ajna chakra located at the third eye, and responsible for miracles. Opening of the third eye itself is a miracle, a transformation in itself, giving an insight into what was not easily visible before.
The first creation always happens in the mind. Whether it be of who we are as a person, or what we create and act upon. It shapes the second, real world creation. We facilitate the process for individuals and groups to get in touch with their first creation, and refine it as a blueprint. For leaders it entails deep self examination to understand their own definition of themselves, and how to enhance it. For organisations, it means defining the ideology and straetgy of the organisation, and getting thought clarity of specific matters of interest.
We believe that all answers are within. As such, in our approach, we engage with our clients to facilitate a discovery of solutions, approaches, and directions to their challenges and issues.
The answers inside are not so clearly visible though. People, and organisations need a mirror to be able to objectively validate their perspectives, bounce off their ideas and get clear from about their visions and directions from within. Through our facilitative approach, we provide this mirror. Using well established methodologies, we shine light on the right aspects which enables individuals and organisations to get this clarity.
We believe more in asking questions than giving answers. Our emphasis is on “bringing it out of you”, rather than “putting it in you”. While there are several models and methodologies, tailoring those to suit individuals and organisations is of key. We of course guide the thinking of our clients based on our experience and well-established models, but we facilitate a discovery which makes them figure out the solutions themselves and own those. This results in unleashing the capability that potentially exists within.
We go to the very core of issues. In individual transformation, we focus on helping individuals to discover default contexts within them which are likely to be disempowering, which drive their behaviour, and help create newer, empowering contexts which shift their perspective. For organisations, we help them to get clear about their purpose – the mission, create an inspiring future – the vision, strategizing towards that vision and effectively executing the strategy.
The tools and methodology are based on our founder’s decades of work on himself and experience of facilitation of transformation in others. Combining principles from the east and the west, building upon the foundations laid by self-help authors, transformative coaches and spiritual teachings, he has explored the principles, applied them for his own growth and that of others, in the process expanding the ideas further and simplifying them for ease of application.
The same has been the case with the organizational transformations. We leverage fundamental principles established by Business Gurus and well-known Leaders, and putting together with our own experience, help our clients get deep insights into their vision and strategy.
