Developing the next generation of leadership and helping them to take control of the roles, is critical for future growth of the organisation.
We closely work with leaders to help them identify, assess, groom and hand over responsibility to new leadership. We help them do this in the overall context - the vision, strategy, long term plans of the organisation, while integrating the thought process of the young blood into the overall plan.
While this is more frequently done at the founder/owner/CEO levels, we have also successfully facilitated succession planning at other levels of leadership.
