Three SBU heads in a media and communications company were coached with the following objectives
Envision, strategise and grow the business
Develop themselves as a leader by breaking through their own glass ceiling
The approach involved a series of one-to-one meetings with the business heads where they reflected upon their own strategies and plans in presence of the coach, and made course corrections in line with their vision. Members within their teams were also involved for collaborative discussions.
For their personal growth, in teh one-to-meetings, challenges they experienced within themselves were discussed and personal strategies to handle these challenges were developed
