Founding members of a 25+ year old organisation had conflicting perspectives over the future and the path to get there. Also there were several biases and concerns about mutual functioning causing a clash and hindrance in the progress of the company. Through a series of one-to-one and joint discussions, and using well established alignment frameworks, a meeting of the minds was effected. A strategy was developed towards future opportunities, and potential risks as seen by some of the members were mitigated.
